    Houston native Tracy Hebert delivers a fair and friendly approach to real estate rooted in her worldly experience and invaluable auditing and risk consulting background. With her conscientious, empathetic mindset, she excels at reading the room, identifying with her clients'; needs and offering the caring, knowledgeable service that makes every transaction a seamless success. Able to remain calm and focused in even the most challenging situations, Tracy is the ideal advocate for sellers throughout the Greater Houston area.

    While earning a bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in communication studies from LSU, Tracy interned for Compass Principal-Agent Caroline Schlemmer for two summers, an experience that launched her passion for real estate. After graduation, Tracy worked in the risk consulting group at EY, where she enjoyed the opportunity to travel the world. She later joined Plains All American as the internal audit manager and became a Certified Fraud Examiner. After honing her exceptional multitasking skills and attention to detail during 13 years in the corporate world, Tracy returned to real estate, joining Caroline's team as the listing specialist. Today, clients benefit from her extensive business background, her deep understanding of Houston's unique economic landscape and her ability to work with people from all walks of life.

    Tracy grew up in Houston and attended Briargrove Elementary, Spring Branch Middle School and Memorial High School. She currently resides in Spring Valley Village with her husband and two children.
